Bonapur PU

BONAPUR PU is a polyurethane adhesive, produced from specially modified thermoplastic polyurethanes. This adhesive is designed for footwear industry as one-component adhesive. Bonapur PU has high final strength and is resistant to high temperatures. BONAPUR can also be used as two-component adhesive with the addition of 3-8% of hardener, eg. QUIDUR 246-06, Desmodur RF and others. The addition of hardener increases thermal and hydrolytic resistance of the adhesive joint. The adhesive is also produced in a non-toluene form as BONAPUR PU BT.

BONAPUR PU adhesive is designed mainly for the footwear industry for bonding natural and synthetic leather with soles made of polyurethanes, soft PVC and halogenated thermoplastic rubbers.
